Situations, Problems and Suggestions on Rural Land Circulation in Wuping County

Abstract：The implementation of land circulation and the development of scale operation were the main measures to discon-tinue farming and let go out of cultivation, stabilize the agricultural production, improve agricultural management efficien-cy, were also the only way for developing modern agriculture in the new phase. This paper analyzed the situations, prob-lems and basic experiences of rural land circulation in Wuping county by field visit, and put forward the countermeasures to improve rural land circulation based on the case introduction.
