RapidDeterminationof7PesticideResiduesinEelsbyUsingDispersiveSolid-phaseExtraction andGasChromatography-tandem MassSpectrometry
Abstract： A methodwasdevelopedfortherapiddeterminationof7pesticidemultiresidualssuchastrifluralin,dico-fol,propargiteineelsbygaschromatographywithdispersivesolid-phaseextraction.Thecompoundswereextracted fromhomogenizedtissuewithacetonitrile.Water-solubleandfat-solubleimpuritiesinacetonitrilewasremovedbya moderateamountofhexaneanddeionizedwater,andacetonitrilepurifiedbyAlumina-N,C18andPSAdispersive solidphaseextractionmixedpowerwasreadyforGC-MSanalysis.Thedetectionlimits(S/N=3)wereintherangeof 0.002-0.01mg/kg.Testsforrecoveryweremadebyadditionofmixedstandardsof0.01mg/kg,andtheresults were80.7%-118%,andtherelativestandarddeviationswere3.2%-6.4%.Testsforrecoveryweremadebyad-ditionofmixedstandardsof0.02mg/kg,andtheresultswere79.8%-114%,andtherelativestandarddeviations were3.3%-5.9%.
