Abstract： Thepaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationsandtheexistingissuesofthescaledevelopmentoflow-carbon businessesinFujian,andputsforwardthecountermeasureswhichincludedevelopingandgrowinglow-carbonbusi-nesses,enhancingthelow-carbonbrandestablishmentoflocalbusinesses,perfectingthelow-carbonindustrial chain,constructinglegalsupervisionandincentivemechanism,andtakingdifferentapproachfordifferentlow-carbon businesses.
