Abstract： ThispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofcarbonemissionreductionofFujianbasedonWesternTaiwan StraitsEconomicZone,andexploresitsrestrictionsfromtheaspectssuchaseconomystructure,industrystructure, economicdevelopmentmodeandenergystructure,etc.Theresultsshowedthattheprogressofcarbonemissionre-ductioninFujianwasrestrainedduetothefaultinessofindustrystructure,seekingthehighgrowthofeconomic,the restraintofenergysupplyandconsumptionstructure,aswellasthefaultinessofrelatedpoliciesandmeasures.Base ontheanalysis,thispaperputforwardthecountermeasurestopromotetheprogressofcarbonemissionreductionin Fujian.
