Analysis on Tea Production in Anxi on the basis of Cobb Douglas Production Function
Abstract：This paper used Cobb Douglas Production Function to analyze the input--output relation about tea produc- tion in Anxi in Fujian. The results showed that the elastic coefficient of the tea plantation area to the tea yield was the largest, that was 0. 744. The elastic coefficient of labor input and chemical elements input were 0. 190 and 0. 124. The sum of these factors was 1. 058. Meanwhile, the suggestions for promoting the efficiency of tea production in Anxi.
