SWOT Analysis on Tobacco Industry in Longyan District
Abstract：The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tobacco industry in Longyan were analyzed by u- sing SWOT method. The results showed that the strengths for tobacco industry development in Longyan included advantageous geographic environment and characteristic tobacco plant, the weaknesses included insufficient techno- logical innovation ability, low enterprise operation efficiency, weak brand competitiveness. Meanwhile, this paper pointed out the opportunities that tobacco industry in Longyan faced, and put forward the countermeasures to pro- mote the development of tobacco industry in Longyan.
