Construction of Cross-strait Cold-chain Logistics System and Development of Agricultural Products Trade
Abstract：Under the impetus of implementation of Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement（ECFA）,cross-strait agricultural products trade will be further expanded. However, the development of mainland cold-chain logistics is lagging relatively, which made agricultural products lose seriously in the circulation and hinder the further development of cross-strait agricultural trade. The development levels of cross-strait cold-chain logistics are different, but they have the same stronger complementary. To ensure the better and faster development of cross-strait agricultural products trade, both sites should build cold-chain logistics system through constructing cold-chain logistics mode based on supply chain, integrating the cross-strait cold-chain logistics resources, building cross-strait cold-chain logistics information platform, researching and developing cold-chain logistics technology, and training cold-chain logistics talents together.
