Discussion on the Models of Scientific and Technical Staff serving enterprises
Abstract：Under the international financial crisis, the enterprises have encountered great difficulties and pres- sures. This paper summarized the models of scientific and technical staff serving enterprises. Measures about indus- try-academy-research cooperation mechanism and some strategies about long-term mechanism were proposed in order to encourage the scientific and technical personnel to effectively serve enterprises, provide more personalized techno- logical services and enhance the innovative capability and competitiveness of enterprises.
