Discussion on the Long-term and Effective Mechanism for Scientific and Technical Personnel Serving Enterprises in Fujian Province
Abstract：In order to explore long-term effective mechanisms of scientific and technology personel serving enterpri- ses, this paper summarized main safeguards for Fujian scientific and technology personel serving enterprises, and an- alyzed existing service models. The measures were proposed to construct a long-term and effective mechanism of sci entific and technology personel serving enterprises including management system, policy system, talents, finance etc.
