Problems arising from the reform-based subsidies and incentives-based subsidies of administrative institutions and the countermeasures
Abstract：The reform-based subsidies and incentives-based subsidies for the current administrative institutions staff as a part of their individual gross income should be integrated into the scope of supervision,and standardized and managed based on the macro-management of their individual gross income.Therefore,how to regulate reform-based subsidies and incentives-based subsidies for the current administrative institutions employees has become one of the important tasks of reforming the current income distribution system and standardizing income distribution.This paper discusses the problems arising from reform-based subsidies and incentives-based subsidies and put forwards corresponding countermeasures,in the hope that it is helpful to the current income reform of the administrative institutions employees.
