Practices and revelations of the distance training of rural practical technology in Fujian Province
Abstract：This paper analyzes the current status of distance training of rural practical technology in Fujian Province from the aspects of connotation,time,operation mode and implementation effects;proposes useful practices including organizational innovation,technology platform innovation,and lecture skills innovation;and indicates that exploring the needs of all participants,setting goals,coordination,integration of resource,technical support,platform innovation,gathering strength,and team building are important.
