Abstract：Congenital coarctation of the aorta(CoA)is a congenital macrovascular disease.Most of the untreated CoA patients died before the age of 30 years. This study presented a 67-year-old patient who was first diagnosed as aortic coarctation with severe coronary heart disease and was long-term survival.This paper reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of the patient and reviewed the relevant literature of the diagnosis and treatment.
