Study on Relationship of Expression Level of Telomere Binding Factor with Degree of Malignancy of Human Gliomas
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the relationship of expression level of telomere binding factor with the degree of malignancy of
hunan gliomas. Methods: The expression of TRF1 and TRF2 proteins in 71 human gliomas specimens with different malig-
nant grades were studies using immunohistochemistry methods. Results:Of the 71 cases, 71(100%) and 70 (98.6%) speci-
mens expressed the TRF1 and TRF2 proteins respectively. Conclusion: The expression levels of TRF1 and TRF2 proteins
were correlated positively each other ( r = 0.865, P ＜ 0.01 ) ,and they all decreased with the increase of malignant grades
(P＜0.01).
