Immunomodulatory Effects of Klebsiella Pneumoniae Cell Surface Preparations
Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effect of Klebsiella pneumoniae cell surface preparations on cellular and humoral immunity. Method:MTT colorimetic method in vitro as well as plaque forming cel1 (PFC)were used in observing T cell growth and humoral immune function respectively. Results: Klebsiella pneumoniae cell surface preparatins responsed to T lymphocytes growth in a dose-dependent manner,and sharply enhanced the humoral immune function. Conclusion:As a non-specific immunomodulator,Klebsiella pneumoniae cell surface preparations will be extensively used in prevention of infection.
