Abstract：Objective:To evaluate the value of glucohemoglobin Alc (HbAIe) in selecting gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and monitoring blood glucose in gestation. Methods:FPG,HbAlc,and OGTT were retrospectively analyzed in 88 pregnant wornen at 24～28 weeks. Results: The identification rate of HbAlc in GDM was 82 %. Conclusion:HbAlc is a suitable method in selecting GDM.
