The Dynamic Changes of Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein in Acute Myocardial Infarction
Abstract：Objective: To study the dynamic changes of platelet membrane glycoprotein in AMI. Methods:Levels of serum platelet GMP-140 and GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa were measured in 17 AMI patients(24 h,48 h, 72 h, 1 w,2 w),30 SAP patients,and 30 healthy persons using ELISA. Results:Levels of GMP-140 and GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa were significantly higher at each time point in patients with AMI compared with the control and SAP groups(P＜0.01 ). There was a significant difference in GMP- 140 and GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa between AMI and SAP groups at 24 h,48 h, and 72 h(P＜0.01). There were significant dynamic changes in GMP-140 and GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa in AMI(P＜0.01). Conclusion: Platelet was activated for at least 3 days in AMI, which suggested that platelet membrane glycoprotein took part in the process of ooronary tjrpmbpsis in AMI.
