Treatment of Common Gynecopathy with Laparoscopic Procedure
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the practical value of treatment of common gynecopathy with laparoscopic procedure. Methods:The laparoscopic procedures were perforned with bipolar coagulation and cut by a unique operatorand aome other assistantsin 70 patients. These diseases included fallopian pregnancy, ovarian benign tumor and adnexal inflammatory adhesion etc.The main operative modes included selpingectomy,ovariocystectomy and salpinggo-ovariolysis etc. Results: Complete laparo-scopic procedures were performed without oomplication in 63 patients. The purpose of treatment was achieved. Conclusion:The laparoscopic procedure is a little wound and effective method for common gynecopathy,such as fallopian pregnancy andovarian benign tumor etc.
