Abstract：Objective: To investigate the effect of anti-HBV drugs using the experiment of anti-HBV-M. Methods:Drugs were se
lected with screening test,and were deteced with inhibition of HRP and control test. The optical density (OD) values of
HBV viral marks were determined with ELISA. Results: The OD value of HBsAg and HBe Ag in disinfectant 84 and Huc
Xiang Zheng Qi Shui treatment groups decreased,and was lower than the cutoff in Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Shui treatment
group. The drug did not show any obvious interference with ELISA in t he inhibition test of HRP. The curve of OD value
from Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Shui inhibiting HBsAg showed that Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Shui can effectively inhibit the antigen
of HBV-M by control test. Conclusion: The study of screening test of anti-HBV drugs can provide the evidence of screening
anti-HBV.
