Abstract：Objective: To explore the clinical value of new cesarean section. Methods: The operative time,fart time, wound healing,
and bleeding were compared between new and traditional cesarean sections. Results: The new cesarean section had advantag
es of shorter operation time and fart time,quickly temperature recovering,low recurrent rate,and better wound healing com
pared with the traditional method (P＜0.01 ). Conclusion:New cesarean section is a better method in decreasing incidence
in perinatal period compared with the traditional method.
