HL-60 Cells Apoptosis Induced by Cord Blood＇s CD3AKCells and CD3AK Cultural Supernatants
Abstract：Objective:To explore HL-60 cells' apoptosis induced by cord blood＇s CD3AK cells and CD3AK cultural supematants(CM). Methods:HL-60 cells＇ natural apoptosis and that induced by cord blood＇s CD3AK cells and CD3AK cultural supernatants were detected by TUNEL technique, cell morphology, and DNA agarose gel electrophoresis respectively. Results:Thenatural apoptosis rate of HL-60 cells was (4.60±2.17)％, the rate of HL-60 cells＇ apoptosis induced by CD3AK was(21.35±4.46)％ (t=6.80, P＜0.01), and that induced by CM was (33.08±5.12)％ (t=8.26, P＜0.01). Conclusion:HL-60 cells＇ apoptosis can be induced by cord blood＇s CD3 AK cells and CM.
