Abstract:Digital inclusive finance is beneficial for alleviating financial exclusion and promoting economic and social development.Based on the Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index(2016-2023),this paper explores the spatial pattern distribution and spatiotemporal evolution of digital inclusive finance development levels in counties of Zhejiang Province by means of ArcGIS and GeoDa software and spatial autocorrelation and other related methods. The research findings are as follows:In 2016,the spatial pattern of digital inclusive finance development across counties in Zhejiang Province was generally characterized by"lower levels in the west and south, and higher levels in the east and north",while this trend had weakened noticeably by 2023;During the research period, the overall development level of county-level digital inclusive finance in Zhejiang kept rising, yet its growth rate slowed down and the development gap among counties gradually narrowed; The development level of county-level digital inclusive finance showed significant positive spatial correlation, with a relatively high degree of agglomeration, but the agglomeration trend was on the decline, and the development of county-level digital inclusive finance presented a spatial dual structure. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from such aspects as increasing policy support and investment intensity, strengthening the diffusion effect of high-level counties, and optimizing the innovation environment.
