DU Yanhong
Abstract:In the era of the digital economy, the cross-border e-commerce industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is accelerating its transformation towards intelligence, platformization, and compliance, urgently requiring interdisciplinary digital talents to bridge the supply-demand gap.To address structural contradictions such as lagging dynamic response to objectives, insufficient coordination between courses and teaching staff, and inefficient transformation of teaching methods and resources, this study, based on the concept of new business studies and human capital theory, constructs a five-dimensional collaborative framework of"Target-Curriculum-Pedagogy-Resource-Faculty"(TCPRF):at the target dimension,a dynamic capability matrix is established;at the curriculum dimension, triple knowledge integration is implemented, including a technology penetration layer,a compliance adaptation layer and a discipline integration layer;at the pedagogy dimension,a virtual-real integrated teaching mechanism is built;at the resource dimension,an enterprise-level tool chain and an ecological transformation mechanism for teaching resources are developed;at the faculty dimension,a"professional-technical-enterprise"triple-mentor collaborative mechanism is implemented. The framework aims to shorten the skill resetting cycle, reduce skill mismatch losses and corporate retraining costs, and enhance the dynamic matching efficiency of the education chain and industrial chain through five dimensional linkage.
