A Study on the Adaptability of Specialty Establishment in Vocational Education to Industrial Structure
SONG Xianshan
Abstract:There is an adaptive relationship between specialty establishment and industrial structure.Adaptability serves as both the essential feature and core challenge of vocational education.Enhancing such adaptability has become a key task for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education, with its core lying in improving the dynamic adjustment mechanism that connects industry and enterprise demands with specialty establishment. The coordinated development of specialty establishment and industrial structure has long been plagued by adaptive contradictions arising from dynamics and complexity. It is precisely such contradictions that lead to failures in multiple links such as signal transmission,organiza-tional transformation and interest coordination. To break through the adaptability challenge and build a high-adaptability mechanism for dynamic coordination between specialties and industries that shifts from"passive response"to"active coupling",this study, based on the specialty setting of vocational education in certain regions, proposes multiple practical strategies including optimizing existing specialties, developing new specialties and ensuring resource allocation, aiming to serve regional industrial development and promote the quality and efficiency of vocational education.
