Challenges and Strategic Construction of Professional Development for"Dual-qualified"Teachers in the Context of Vocational Undergraduate Education

Abstract：Building a high-level team of"dual-qualified"teachers and elevating the level of their professional development constitute an important guarantee for driving the high-quality development of modern vocational education,and more importantly,a key factor for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate colleges and the cultivation of skilled talents.In the context of high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education,this paper analyzes the current challenges in the professional development of"dual-qualified"teachers in vocational undergraduate colleges from four aspects—government,colleges,enterprises and teachers—and systematically explores the underlying causes of the problems.Furthermore,it proposes optimized pathways for the development of"dual-qualified"teachers from the dimensions of government macro-guidance,institutional system construction,collaborative participation by enterprises and teachers'professional growth.This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the policy framework and practical approaches for the professional development of"dual-qualified"teachers,as well as offer academic support and operational guidelines for the professional development of high-level teams of"dual-qualified"teachers in vocational undergraduate colleges.
