Research on the Participation of Vocational Colleges in the Construction of the City-Level Industry-Education Consortium Based on the Public Service Platforms of Industrial Parks

Abstract：The city-level industry-education consortium is a carrier for the integration of industry and education that gathers resources from industrial parks,leading enterprises,and vocational colleges.The public service platform of the industrial park can connect the talent cultivation of vocational colleges with the employment data of enterprises to form a talent supply profile and a talent demand profile,laying a solid foundation for effectively addressing the disconnection between industry and education.It is conducive to the reform of teaching organization and mechanism at the discipline and course levels,which is in line with the process of selecting talents for enterprises.Compared to specific classroom teaching content and methods,vocational colleges determining the time,modes and scale of student internships and practical training based on enterprises'production and operation status is more effective in attracting enterprises to participate in the talent cultivation process.By relying on shared service platforms of industrial parks can more efficiently obtain the time,content,and scale of internships and practical training that enterprises can provide to students.The shared service platform of industrial parks has become the logical starting point for vocational colleges to participate in the construction of the city-level industry-education consortium.
