Artificial Intelligence+Vocational Education:The Realistic Challenges and Breakthrough Path of Digital Talent Cultivation in Suzhou

Abstract：By deconstructing the core of artificial intelligence technology,this paper explores the impact of technological innovation on educational models.It examines the connection between vocational colleges in Suzhou and the emerging digital industry,as well as their efforts in aspects such as discipline layout and university-enterprise cooperation.It points out the contradictions between the traditional education model and the demands of the digital industry,including the challenges in training objectives,curriculum design,etc.Furthermore,it puts forward a targeted"Suzhou Model"for AI-empowered digital talent cultivation,encompassing strategies such as the precise formulation of objectives and the construction of an adaptive curriculum system,thereby providing valuable references for vocational colleges in nurturing digital talents.
