Abstract:As a typical example of new-quality productive forces, the low-altitude economy has become a new engine for promoting China"s economic growth, with unprecedented market benefits and development prospects. As one of China"s six pilot cities for the low-altitude economy,Suzhou has a comprehensive low-altitude industry chain,a large industrial scale, and strong talent demand.Promoting the cultivation of low-altitude economy talents has been included in Suzhou"s key industrial talent demand catalog for the next three years.Through the analysis of the current layout of Suzhou"s low-altitude economy industry chain and the discipline setting and talent cultivation of local universities,it is found that there is a large talent gap in the low-altitude economy sector in Suzhou. The existing related disciplines in universities are disconnected from actual needs, and the speed of talent cultivation cannot keep up with the pace of industrial development.Based on this,it is imperative to deepen the integrated and innovative development of universities and local enterprises, accelerate the establishment of disciplines and platforms related to the low-altitude economy in local universities, and build a"low-altitude economy+"talent cultivation system to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents that meet multi-level demands for the low-altitude economy full-spectrum industry chain.
