Exploration of Cultivating New-Quality Talents for E-commerce in Vocational Colleges in the Digital Intelligence Era

Abstract：The digital intelligence technologies have triggered the transformation,job substitution and reconstruction of e-commerce business models,propelling the industry into the digital intelligence era,which imposes new demands on the cultivation of e-commerce talents in vocational education.At present,cultivating new-quality e-commerce talents in vocational education faces such challenges as the mismatch between talent supply and job demand,the inadequate alignment of teachers"practical teaching capabilities with new technologies,and the inconsistency between the practical teaching system and new scenarios.Accordingly,this paper proposes the talent cultivation concept of"Triple-Matching and Triple-New-Connection"for supply-demand adaptation,as well as the model of"Digital-Intelligence Integration,Dual-Entity Coupling,and Training-to-Practice Combination"for cultivating new-quality e-commerce talents in vocational education,which can provide reference for vocational colleges to train new-quality e-commerce talents.
