The Influence of Compensation on Employees"Work and Family Performance:Moderated Mediation Effect

Abstract：To explore the impact of compensation,family centrality,and work-family enrichment on employees"work and family performance,this study employed the Work-Family Enrichment Scale,Work Performance and Family Performance Scale,and Work-Family Centrality Scale to survey 190 employees.The results show that compensation significantly affects employees"work and family performance.Work-family enrichment plays a partial mediating role in the mechanism through which compensation affects employees"work and family performance.However,the moderating effect of family centrality hasn"t been observed in the relationship between compensation and work-family enrichment.This research offers valuable practical implications for enterprises seeking to further manage and motivate employees"performance.
