Optimization of Distribution Center Layout in Food Supply Chain Based on Improved SLP Method——A Case Study of the Distribution Center of H Food Supply Chain Company

Abstract：To improve the comprehensive service quality of food distribution of H Food Supply Chain Company,this paper focuses on the optimization of distribution center layout,using the integrated strategy which combines logistics characteristic EIQ analysis,ABC analysis and the systematic layout planning(SLP),and gets two feasible schemes for the layout optimization of the distribution center.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to select the optimal scheme by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.This study innovatively applies the improved SLP method which integrates multiple approaches to the research field of food supply chain distribution centers.It not only enhances the efficiency of food supply chain enterprises but also provides a new research perspective and practical tools for optimizing the distribution center layout,further promoting the food safety and healthy development of the catering industry.
