The Application of Forward-Reverse Hybrid Technology in Product Innovative Design

Abstract：The technology of forward-reverse hybrid modeling has been widely applied in engineering design.Taking the shower head as the research object,this paper explores the reconstruction of the reverse digital model of the shower head and the functional innovative design of the shower head bracket with the help of Geomagic Design X and UG software.The results show that the rational and effective application of the forward-reverse hybrid design technology can improve the first-pass success rate of product design,shorten the development cycle of new products,and reduce product development costs,and at the same time,greatly reduce the risk of product design failure,which helps to enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprises.
