Construction of the"Data-Wisdom"Decision-Making Model for Vocational Education Governance Empowered by Education Big Data

Abstract：The deep integration of artificial intelligence and big data technology is driving the transformation of the vocational education governance model toward a"data-wisdom"decision-making paradigm.Focusing on the goal of modernizing vocational education governance capabilities,this paper systematically indicates the connotation and core elements of the"data-wisdom"decision-making model for vocational education.By constructing a three-tiered system consisting of a data layer,an algorithm layer and a decision-making layer,this paper reveals the dynamic interaction mechanism between education big data and the decision-making model,and elucidates the characteristics of the prediction model under multi-modal data training.Based on the four dimensions of standardized governance,technical synergy,visual presentation and think tank construction,it puts forward implementation strategies such as the formulation of education big data standards,the deep integration of artificial intelligence and education big data,the visualization of education big data,and the construction of a think tank decision-making platform.Research has shown that this model,through the data closed-loop feedback and algorithm dynamic optimization mechanism,can effectively address the problem of fragmented governance in vocational education,and provide theoretical support for the precise governance and digital transformation in vocational education.
