To Rejuvenate China Through Science and Education:an Analysis of the"Four Dimensional"Talent Training Paradigm for New Engineering Disciplines in Vocational Education

Abstract：The"four dimensional"talent training paradigm for new engineering disciplines in vocational education must take basic knowledge as the core,innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities as the key,professional literacy as the guarantee,and a global vision as the support to cultivate more high-quality technical and skill-oriented talents,skilled craftsmen,and great national artisans.In alignment with the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and education,vocational colleges should clarify their type positioning and improve the guarantee system;deepen the integration of industry and education to build a cooperative alliance;implement the excellent teacher program and build teacher teams,so as to cultivate the"four-dimensional"talents with forward-looking and strategic vision for new engineering disciplines.
