Abstract：To achieve the development goal of new quality productivity,it is necessary to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents through vocational education and build a solid talent base.As a crucial link in vocational education,vocational teachers are of vital importance to the development of vocational education.The cultivation of vocational teachers needs to meet three necessary conditions:promoting the characteristic transformation of vocational education,building a high-level team of craftsman-style teachers,and adapting to the development of digital intelligence education.On this basis,it"s advisable to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces by strengthening the standardized development of vocational teachers,improving the cultivation system of"double-qualified ability",and expanding the levels and depth of vocational teacher training.
