Abstract：The"single document system"for multimodal transport is a concept put forward in the process of promoting multimodal transport along the Belt and Road,the operation of China-Europe Railway Express,the implementation of RCEP,and international trade exchanges.It aims to further optimize and innovate the transport organization mode and improve the quality of logistics service.Based on elaborating the development and connotation of the"single document system"for multimodal transport at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the basic guarantees for the implementation of the"single document system"for multimodal transport in Fujian Province and the main problems in the promotion process.It then puts forward measures and relevant suggestions for promoting the development of the"single document system"for multimodal transport in Fujian Province.
