The Mechanism and Path of Cross-border Education in Vocational Colleges for Assisting the"Dual Circulation"
HUANG Heng
Abstract:Cross-border education in vocational colleges,as an important way to achieve high-quality economic and social development and support the domestic and international"dual circulation",has gradually become a core issue of social concern.Cross-border education in vocational colleges can contribute to the construction of the new development pattern of"dual circulation"through promoting the internationalization of vocational education and adopting the approach of"importing resources and bringing back capital".However, issues such as insufficient policy guarantees, weak influence of"going global",and a lack of improvement in the quality of"introduction"have caused barriers to the practice of cross-border education in higher vocational colleges facilitating"dual circulation".To help build the new pattern of"dual circulation",cross-border education entities in vocational colleges can take"three major measures":strengthen the top-level design to unblock the"dual circulation"between the domestic and international markets;encourage going"abroad"to boost the development of the international circulation;improve the quality of"introduction"to consolidate the foundation of the domestic circulation.
