Research on the Financing Difficulties and Innovation of Investment and Financing Paths of the Cultural Tourism Industry in Xinjiang

Abstract：Adhering to a diverse research perspective,this paper analyzes the current financing status of the cultural tourism industry in Xinjiang,and delves into the problem of capital blockages from three dimensions of the government,the market,and the enterprises,which is mainly reflected in the phenomena such as the outdated financial system,the lack of a capital supporting system,and the absence of diversified investment entities.To strengthen the weak links in Xinjiang's cultural tourism industry,it is necessary to plan a path through innovation of loan models,equity guarantees,industrial investment funds,and the introduction of A2P models to promote the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry in Xinjiang.
