Abstract：From the perspective of"Three Teaching Elements"reform,improving the construction efficiency of"dual-qualified"teaching staff in vocational colleges has the value of continuing the effectiveness of vocational education policies,promoting the in-class reform in vocational colleges,and matching the employment needs of economic and social development,which is also an important driving force for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.However,at the current stage,there are still practical challenges in the high-quality construction of"dual-qualified"teaching staff in vocational colleges,such as imperfect team configuration,insufficient digital knowledge reserve of teachers,and incomplete qualification recognition system.Therefore,it is necessary for vocational colleges to gather the momentum of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents by broadening the channels of talent introduction,improving the diversified training system and perfecting the content of comprehensive ability evaluation,so as to achieve high-quality development of vocational education.
