Reflection on the Positioning of the Government's Functions of Management and Supervision in the Integration of Industry and Education and Its Execution Strategies

Abstract：Taking the new Vocational Education Law as the core and looking through the regulatory documents of the integration of industry and education,we can summarize the functions that the government has in the integration of industry and education,such as creating regulations,making overall plans,conducting management and supervision,and providing support and guarantees.Among them,the supervision and management function is one of the important functions of the government in the integration of industry and education,which appears frequently and has much space in the current vocational education regulations.However,the provisions on the government's management and supervision function in some current regulatory documents are rather scattered,with problems such as unclear expressions and a lack of a sound system,which has led to an embarrassing situation where the government has an ambiguous positioning,unclear rights and responsibilities,and illogicality in the practice of integrating industry and education.
