Research on Innovation of Industry-Education Integration Mechanism from the Perspective of Public Governance

Abstract：The innovation of industry-education integration mechanism is the fundamental guarantee for vocational education to empower industrial development and improve the quality of training high-quality workers and technical skilled talents.Establishing a sound innovative mechanism for industry-education integration is a new strategic requirement proposed by the state for the integration of industry and education in vocational education.From the perspective of micro-organizational governance in public governance,it is found that there are governance difficulties in industry-education integration,such as deficiencies in the decision-making mechanism,the yet-to-be straightened-out implementation mechanism,urgent need to strengthen the supervision mechanism,and the need to stimulate the incentive mechanism.These problems have hindered the in-depth integration of industry and education.In this regard,the innovation of industry-education integration mechanism should improve the organizational decision-making mechanism,optimize the organizational implementation mechanism,form an organizational supervision mechanism,and strengthen the organizational incentive mechanism.
