Practice Approach to Cultivating New Foreign Trade Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Professional Groups

Abstract：In the context of the continuous intersection and integration of new driving forces and new production capacity,and the increasingly blurred boundaries of industries,it is important for vocational education to cultivate composite talents through the construction of professional groups,thereby adapting them to the needs of industrial structure transformation and upgrading,and also promoting the deep development of industry and education integration.Taking the marketing professional group as an example,this paper explains the mapping relationship between the professional group and digital business job group from the point of grouping logic,and clarifies the new requirements of digital business for technical and skilled talents from the talent demand side.Based on the theory of cluster advantages,this paper explores the talent cultivation model and practical approaches from a micro level,in order to cultivate new foreign trade talents that adapt to the high-quality development of digital trade.
