Research on the Impact of Kazakhstan’s Financial Environment on China’s Participation in Its Transport Infrastructure Financing under the the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract：This year marks the tenth anniversary of the the Belt and Road Initiative.Over the past decade,China and Kazakhstan have strengthened infrastructure construction and connectivity.Under the joint promotion of the"the Belt and Road"initiative and Kazakhstan"s"Bright Road"new economic policy plan,more and more Chinese enterprises have joined in the investment in Kazakhstan"s transportation infrastructure.In the financing of a country"s infrastructure construction,the financial environment has an important impact on the financing scale,structure and risk prevention.As an important participant in the connectivity of the"the Belt and Road"infrastructure,Kazakhstan"s increasingly improved financial environment can provide a good foundation for the financing of transportation infrastructure,thus promoting the development of its transportation infrastructure.At present,studying the impact of Kazakhstan"s financial environment on its transportation infrastructure financing will not only help China smoothly carry out investment and financing in Kazakhstan"s transportation infrastructure in the future,but also provide reference for Chinese enterprises to invest in Kazakhstan"s transportation infrastructure.
