The Connotation of the Times,the Logic and the Practical Path of Constructing Vocational Education Highland from the Perspective of a Skill-based Society

Abstract：The high-quality development of vocational education highland is a new demand for innovative reform and development of vocational colleges in the new era.In terms of the connotation of the times,the highland of vocational education under the perspective of a skill-oriented society should be constructed with innovation as the fundamental driving force,service as the internal driving force,and diversity as the scientific criterion.At the logical level,in order to build a high-level innovation highland of vocational education from the perspective of a skill-based society,it is necessary to deeply grasp the symbiotic logic,theoretical logic,humanistic logic,and shared prosperity logic,and ensure that the blueprint for the construction of vocational education highland is highly consistent with the actual development situation.At the practical level,it is necessary to accelerate the innovation and high-level construction of vocational education from the perspective of coordinating target resources,clarifying the characteristics of the division of labor among diverse subjects,strengthening the synergy of factors to promote momentum,and focusing on the development of skills tailored to local conditions.
