The Construction of a Community Integrating Industry into Education:Trend,Problem,and Strategy

Abstract：Through systematic analysis of the development history of vocational education in ancient and modern times,both domestically and internationally,we have found that when the role of the enterprise as the main body is fully utilized,vocational education presents a positive development,and vice versa.Both colleges and enterprises"win together and lose together".The vocational,social and open nature of vocational education determines that vocational education cannot be run in isolation.All parties must make joint efforts to educate talents and build a community of industrial and educational integration.At present,there are problems in the construction of such a community,such as emphasizing the establishment but neglecting construction,"wearing new shoes but following the old routine",and lagging theoretical research.It is suggested to empower the high-quality construction and development of the community of industrial and educational integration by exploring the mode of materialized operation,implementing the main position of the enterprise,constructing an evaluation system,and strengthening theoretical research.
