Challenges and Countermeasures of Employment Guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges Under Market Orientation

Abstract：Employment is the biggest livelihood project,and also an important guarantee for the realization of harmony,peace and long-term stability of our society.The rapid changes in the employment market in the current global environment and the rapid changes in science and technology in the Internet era have,to some extent,increased the difficulty of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges.The unfavorable connection between talent cultivation and the employment market has become the main limiting factor in the employment of vocational college students.In this regard,the article deeply interprets the practical significance of reflection and reconstruction of employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of the employment market,analyzes the main reasons for the poor effectiveness of employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of concept,content,methods and team of employment guidance,and puts forward innovative ideas and practical strategies to solve relevant problems based on specific reasons,hoping to provide reference for the work of employment guidance.
