Abstract：AI is marching towards the 2.0 era,and is becoming a strategic technology and driving force leading the new round of technological industry revolution.Conventional factors such as sub regional cooperation and a new round of scientific and technological industrial revolution have affected the spatial form and competition mode of talent chain and industrial chain layout.Sudden factors such as economic and trade frictions and the COVID-19 have directly led to the insecurity and uncertainty of the division of labor in the global industrial chain.The division of labor mode in the industrial chain determines the matching mode of talent chain supply.From the study of the relationship between American enterprises and universities in the development of artificial intelligence,it can be concluded that schools and enterprises jointly shoulder the responsibility for the development of the artificial intelligence industry,but with different focuses.Based on the actual demand of artificial intelligence industry and talent supply of colleges and universities in Suzhou,this paper puts forward a feasible path to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and enhance the integration of industry and education.
