Research on BIM Based Optimization Method for Road Engineering Duration and Cost

Abstract：A cost-duration-BIM optimization system based on BIM(Building Information Modeling)and cost optimization research is constructed to solve the problem of cost and duration management in the field of road engineering management.On this basis,a"duration—cost"optimization model with the goal of minimizing cost was established.The functions in the model were optimized by using"construction efficiency—cost",and the optimization results were displayed by BIM technology to determine the relationship between construction organization and cost.In practical engineering,the system has been applied in practice to verify its scientificity and rationality,providing a new perspective for BIM based engineering management research.
