The Oretical Interpretation and Development Path of the Reform of"Teachers,Textbooks,and Teaching Methods"in Higher Vocational Colleges:from the Perspective of System Theory

Abstract：Studying the reform of"teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods"from the perspective of system theory,this research points out that system integrity is the foundation,system correlation is the key point,system orderliness is the guarantee point,and system dynamism is the development point.This paper proposes the following suggestions.Firstly,grasp the integrity,highlight the characteristics of educational types,and improve the constituent elements of the system.Secondly,highlight the correlation,achieve internal and external connections within the system,and enhance the degree of element symbiosis.Thirdly,ensure orderliness,clarify the functional positioning of elements,and steadily implement reforms.Fourthly,control dynamism,improve reform evaluation standards,and ensure the smooth progress of reform.
