Improving the Adaptability of Vocational Education from the Perspective of High-quality Industrial Development:Direction and Path

Abstract：Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is not only a logical necessity for enriching human resources,but also an inherent requirement for releasing the potential of domestic demand and building a learning society.It plays a vital role in the high quality development of industries.At present,the development of vocational education still faces many difficulties in the management system,the connection between secondary and higher vocational education,the integration of industry and education and so on.Therefore,China needs to focus on serving the high-quality development of industries,helping to form a new development pattern,meeting the development needs of digital economy and promoting multi-dimensional integrated development,so as to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.At the specific implementation level,we should outline the framework of modern vocational education system,establish a horizontally and vertically connected vocational education system,explore the establishment of a school-enterprise strategic cooperation mechanism,promote the transformation of the"three education reform"from"chemotherapy"to"targeted therapy".
