Abstract：In building and teaching the course of electrical CAD, a technical-qualification-oriented and multidimensioned reconstruction should be introduced, namely, content, time and space, and interaction, the three dimensions. The situation establishment of this course should be completed with the help of the State Teaching Resources Base. This approach will better serve the school's purposes of cultivating high quality practical talents with a clever mind and a pair of crafty hands.
